Our purpose is to create homes of the highest quality within a new neighbourhood called “St John’s Wood Square”.

The St John’s Wood Square scheme is one of the most prestigious and eagerly anticipated residential developments in central London. The location is the 5-acre former St John’s Wood Barracks, the former home of the King’s Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, with its illustrious military and Royal history.

Our project will transform the former Barracks into homes curated around a beautifully landscaped estate of the highest design considerations, incorporating:

  • an avenue and garden square,
  • a swimming pool within the listed Riding School,
  • high quality public realm, and
  • 179 homes including 59 for affordable rental

Another 41 homes for social rent will also be delivered on a separate location in Marylebone.

The historic Riding School building built in 1825 will be retained and become the amenity building for the site, acting as a centrepiece for the new development.

We are determined to deliver this project to the very highest standards of design, sustainability and quality.

We also pledge to maintain a positive and constructive relationship with our local community, with regular consultation at each stage of the development, and providing opportunities for local people and businesses to gain economic benefits from the project. We are honoured to be new neighbours in an established and unique local community, and we want our development to complement and enhance the local area.

We have promised to deliver social value, jobs and investment, new homes including affordable rental and social rental, extensive section 106 planning gain benefits, new green space and walking connections, new retail units and new amenities for our local residents and the wider borough of Westminster.

We are proud to be creating a new permanent community for families to make their home, in one of the best loved neighbourhoods in the greatest city in the world.
